For J.D. NEUHAUS product training courses

Applying
Applications can be made using the application form on the back of this brochure. After receipt of your registration, you will receive confirmation of registration approximately 4 weeks before the start of the training course.

Training documentation
All rights associated with the training documentation provided for the participants, or parts thereof, remain the property of J.D. NEUHAUS. Reproduction is only permitted with the written authorisation of J.D. NEUHAUS. Following completion of the training course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.

Invoice address

Please advise if your invoice address differs from the registration address.

Candidate Changes or Cancellation
If a candidate wishes to cancel then this must be submitted in writing. In the event of cancellations received less than 14 days before the beginning of the course or non-attendance of a participant, J.D. NEUHAUS reserve the right to invoice the full amount of the course fee including VAT.
Changes of course candidate are possible.

Cancellation of training courses
If, due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to cancel the training course, participants will be informed in writing. In this case, the sole obligation of J.D. NEUHAUS is the repayment of previously paid participation fees. The liability of J.D. NEUHAUS GmbH & Co. KG is exclusively limited to the participation fees, in each case.

Legal venue
The legal venue is Witten-Germany for all legal issues resulting from the training.

Data protection
With regard to data protection legislation, we wish to point out that your personal data will be stored for the purpose of consignment of training documentation. Registration for training indicates acceptance of the seminar terms of business of J.D. NEUHAUS GmbH & Co. KG.
