To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Singapore subsidiary at the earliest possible date.

Your area of responsibilty

  • Holistic coordination and proactive support of all sales activities in the ASEAN region in close collaboration with the Managing Director of the Singapore office
  • Support in identifying and developing new business opportunities based on the overarching corporate strategy
  • Ongoing development and expansion of the J.D. Neuhaus Preferred Partner Network in alignment with the regional sales strategy
  • Regular on-site support of partners, including joint visits to end customers and users across the ASEAN region
  • Strategic growth and further development of the ASEAN sales region in close coordination with global sales leadership and strategy
  • Close collaboration with global Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial job education or studies, ideally with a focus on sales engineering or with a pronounced technical understanding
  • Three years of professional experience in sales, ideally in an industrial company
  • Independent, structured and agile way of working, strong organisational and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team, customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as a high degree of initiative and proactivity
  • Knowledge of sales tools e.g. MS Dynamics (CRM)
  • Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and communication tools
  • Very good knowledge of English required, with knowledge or Chinese desirable, written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
