Cleaning tank trucks that transport chemicals or food requires precisely controllable spray nozzles, which can be operated using J.D. Neuhaus hoists. For this specific application, special load sleeves, a stainless steel chain, and a cable control were manufactured to enable precise positioning of the spray nozzles using JDN hoists. Additionally, ATEX certification is essential due to the explosion risk posed by chemical residues. Given the consistently high humidity and the use of strong cleaning agents, the durability of the hoists is an absolute necessity, as is ease of maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum.
