We are looking for a Junior Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Junior Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the management, proactive support and coordination of sales activities in the South-East sales region (including India, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and Czechia/Slovakia) in close cooperation with the sales management team
- Continuous expansion of the J.D. Neuhaus Preferred Partner Network in the South-East region in line with the sales strategy
- Ongoing support for local sales partners and joint visits to end customers and users in the region
- Establishing partnerships with EPCs, OEMs and technology partners for successful project positioning
- Strategic development of the sales region in coordination with sales management and corporate strategy
- Support in developing new business areas based on the corporate strategy
- Close collaboration with global sales, marketing and service teams
Ihr Profil
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on sales engineering or with a strong technical understanding
- At least three years of professional experience in sales, preferably in an industrial company
- Independent, structured and agile working style as well as strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team, customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of initiative and proactivity
- Experience in using sales tools, e.g. MS Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Confident use of MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and modern communication tools
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with the JDN ERP system
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel
