To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Sales Manager Project Business (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your area of responsibility
- Identification, development, and closure of orders in the areas of capital goods, system solutions, and service offerings
- Acquisition and support of plant engineering providers, project integrators, and end customers
- Establishment and maintenance of partnerships with plant engineering companies, project integrators, and technology partners to successfully position the company’s solutions within projects
- Early identification of relevant projects and proactive placement of the company’s solutions
- Responsibility for the sales-related project execution – from lead generation through the quotation phase and contract negotiations to handover for implementation
- Contribution to the strategic and operational development of the project business
Ihr Profil
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales or project management, ideally in collaboration with plant engineering providers
- Strong technical and commercial understanding and ability to communicate complex issues in a simple manner
- Structured, independent working style with strategic vision
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and intercultural competence
- Business fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are an advantage
- High willingness to travel (approx. 30–50% nationally and internationally)
