Today, September 9, 2022, our company celebrates its 277th anniversary. The company was first entered in the commercial register on September 9, 1745. Back then, we were a small local family-owned forge; today, we are the world’s leading manufacturer of pneumatic and hydraulic chain hoists.
Along the way, eight generations of the Neuhaus family have worked together with dedicated JDN employees on and within the company. Partners and customers from all over the world also accompany us and the J.D. Neuhaus brand to this day with a constant pursuit of excellence. We work on this promise of quality every day, but we would be lying if we said that a little luck hadn’t played a part over the last 277 years.
