Change in operational management after 30 years at the J.D. Neuhaus Group

Witten, 2025 – After 30 years in operational management, Wilfried Neuhaus-Galladé will step down as managing director at the end of the year. His successor has been prepared for this role over a long period of time and will remain within the family. With Gitta Neuhaus-Galladé and Moritz Neuhaus-Galladé, the eighth generation is taking over operational management, while Wilfried Neuhaus-Galladé will remain as Managing Shareholder at holding level, continuing to contribute his experience and perspective.

At a special town hall meeting, we honored Wilfried Neuhaus-Galladé for his many years of service and his formative contribution to the development of the company. As a personal token of appreciation, he received a 3D-printed model of a PROFI 100 TI and a portrait produced in the same way by our company’s own 3D Factory.

Another symbolic moment was the handover of a steering wheel by the works council to the 8. generation. Wilfried Neuhaus-Galladé himself had received this steering wheel when he took over operational responsibility, and it symbolizes the responsibility of steering the company safely into the future.
