At the end of October, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Central Ruhr Area honored training companies and trainees at its annual event under the motto “Stars of Training.” We are delighted that our colleague Christoph Tebbe was honored as one of this year’s best trainees and would like to congratulate him!
Christoph successfully completed his training as an industrial mechanic at J.D. Neuhaus at the beginning of the year and has been an integral part of our assembly team ever since. Training young talent and welcoming them to our JDN team on a long-term basis is part of our sustainable corporate philosophy, which is why we will once again be starting training programs in 2023 for first-year apprentices in five different professions:
– Mechatronics engineer (m/f/d)
– Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
– Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
– Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
– Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
It is particularly important to us to support our trainees on their path into the professional world and to involve them from the very beginning. Our JDN training program therefore includes a trainee mentoring program, a trainee get-together, and an independent training project under the motto “Training for the Future.”
