With the Global Sustainability Report 2024, the J.D. Neuhaus Group is publishing for the third time a transparent account of how the company assumes responsibility worldwide in the areas of ecology, economy, products, and social aspects. The report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and highlights both the progress achieved and the new goals set for the coming years.
Of particular note is the continued reduction of the global carbon footprint across all three scopes, which has been certified by GutCert. In addition, the “Nature Meets Industry” project was successfully implemented with the renaturation of parts of the company site. Employees at all locations worldwide were once again in focus: with expanded training programs, for example on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, further development was actively promoted. These measures were complemented by health days, sports activities, and joint celebrations that strengthen the global community. As a machinery manufacturer, another key focus was again placed on products and processes. With Service Kits that reduce packaging and material usage, as well as the further development of Condition Based Maintenance, the J.D. Neuhaus Group is working to make its solutions globally even more sustainable, efficient, and resource-friendly.
“Sustainability for the J.D. Neuhaus Group is not a final state, but an ongoing process – deeply embedded in everyday life, driven by conviction,” the report states.
