Team spirit is a top priority at J.D. Neuhaus. This is how we achieve our goals together as a team, with our partners and our customers.
Not only at work, but also in sports, these values and principles of teamwork are fundamental for mutual success. Especially on the water, in a boat, this is more important than ever. Because a boot can only reach its destination if all the people on it work together and row to the same beat.
As a result of an employee initiative, it has become a longstanding JDN tradition to participate in the annual Witten dragon boat race on the local river Ruhr. In 2022, J.D. Neuhaus was again represented by two teams. We are pleased to report that our women’s team, the J.D. Neuhaus Pearl Dragons, took first place in their competition this year. The men also did well, having brought home the win many times in the past. Congratulations to this strong participation of both teams!
