Overhead traveling cranes with one or two main girders

These cranes are particularly suitable for transporting heavy loads and can be ideally adapted to all types of hall construction. Depending on requirements, they can be moved flexibly along the girders.

Overhead cranes with flat-top trolleys

These crane systems have been specially developed for limited construction heights and are ideal when the available space is limited. The low-profile trolleys enable particularly space-saving use.

Slewing and jib cranes

These cranes offer 360-degree freedom of movement and are well suited to applications where loads need to be lifted and transported in different directions.

General information

Air is supplied via hose trolleys in the running track. For the surface protection of the running rails and trolleys, you can choose between:

Painted
Galvanized
Chromated
Stainless steel V2A for load capacities of 100 kg and 2000 kg

JDN Crane Kits

For explosion-proof compressed air cranes
Load capacities: up to 10 t

With these crane kits overhead travelling cranes up to 10 t load capacity can be manufactured easily and economically, also for use in hazardous areas.

The crane builder provides the main girder and JDN supplies all the components requiredfor the construction of an air-operated crane ready for connection:

Various accessories
And of course the corresponding pneumatic hoist with trolley
