Compact, powerful and efficient – the JDN mini
The food-grade version of the JDN mini expands your equipment portfolio as a food manufacturer with a reliable, powerful tool that sets the benchmark. The Food Grade is mechanically and pneumatically operated. We have completely dispensed with electrical components, thereby completely eliminating the risk of salt bridges or short circuits – essential for minimising the risk of downtime. In addition, the JDN hoist is ideally suited for use in ATEX Zone 2/22 (e.g. milk powder, flour or coffee) thanks to its pneumatic drive.
Another important aspect for hygiene processes is resistance to water and common cleaning agents. Together with its insensitivity to high humidity, cold and heat, this makes the JDN mini Food Grade ideal for the requirements of the food industry.

- Uncoated aluminium housing, stainless steel chain, guides and hooks – maximum resistance to corrosion
- Hygienic, washable with disinfectants and also suitable for high-pressure cleaning
- Certified food-grade lubrication (for chain, motor and hooks), ideal for HACCP requirements
- Fully pneumatic (mechanical) drive without electrical components – eliminates short-circuit or salt bridge risks
- ATEX-compliant for Zone 2/22 for particularly safe use in potentially explosive atmospheres
The series requires an operating pressure of 6 bar as standard. The maximum lifting height is usually around 5 m, with control lengths of approximately 4 m.
The mini Food Grade is extremely compact, lightweight and can withstand 800 hours of use.
Thanks to its robust design, it is extremely durable, easy to maintain (“service on the hoist” is possible) and reduces total operating costs through its long service life and minimal downtime.
The pneumatic technology ensures consistent performance even with pressure fluctuations, without overheating. Maintenance can be carried out quickly on site, ensuring trouble-free 24/7 operation.
