JDN Overhead Cranes

JDN overhead cranes are specially designed for transporting heavy loads in the harshest environments and feature explosion-proof pneumatic or hydraulic drives. These cranes are extremely versatile and can be customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements. JDN is known for manufacturing customized, special-purpose systems.

There are two main types of overhead cranes at JDN:

• Single-girder overhead cranes: These crane systems consist of a single main girder on which a trolley can be flexibly moved. The trolley carries the load and can be moved back and forth along the main girder to transport the load to the desired location. This variant is particularly suitable when high load capacity and flexible mobility are required.
  
• Overhead travelling cranes with two main girders: These cranes have two main girders on which either one or two trolleys can be mounted. The two main girders offer increased stability and are particularly well-suited for transporting particularly heavy loads. The trolleys can be moved independently of each other, enabling even more precise load handling.

Both types of JDN overhead travelling cranes are designed for use in potentially explosive environments and ensure safe and reliable load handling in such demanding conditions. The cranes can be equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic drives to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
