A JDN Profi Hoist is a pneumatic or hydraulic device for safely lifting, lowering and positioning loads. It offers high lifting speed, 100% duty cycle and is designed for use in extreme conditions – from harsh industrial environments to offshore installations.

The Profi series is used wherever robust and reliable lifting technology is required – e.g. in production halls, refineries, shipyards, offshore installations or in heavy industry.
The JDN Profi series covers load capacities from 250 kg to 100 tonnes. Both standard solutions and customised designs are available.
Thanks to oil-free motors, dust-protected bearings and durable construction, maintenance requirements are minimal. Regular visual inspections of chains, brakes and controls ensure maximum service life and operational safety.
Yes – it has a reliable braking system, precise control and integrated overload protection. Suitable for ATEX areas, it is the safest choice in many sensitive working environments.
Absolutely – special lifting heights, control variants, corrosion-protected designs or integration into customised crane systems are all possible, for example.
Compressed air operation generally requires an operating pressure of 4 or 6 bar with clean, oil-free air. The hydraulic version works with corresponding hydraulic systems.
All models offer 100% duty cycle. The motor and gearbox cooling prevents overheating, enabling continuous operation without interruption.
Above a certain load capacity, the devices are equipped with an automatic overload protection system that immediately stops the hoist in the event of overload. Once the load is relieved, it is immediately ready for use again – without any consequential damage.
