Fleet analysis procedure

With a plan for greater transparency of your JDN fleet

Step 1

Define requirements and objectives

At the outset, we work with you to identify all relevant requirements, the operating environment and the norms and standards applicable in the target country – precisely and comprehensively. This ensures that every detail is taken into account from the outset. From the very first consultation, JDN project managers, engineers and service technicians are on hand with their expertise to ensure that the fleet analysis runs smoothly.

Step 2

On-site recording

On site, we systematically record all pneumatic hoists in your JDN fleet. We carry out an initial visual inspection and photograph each device. This creates a complete and traceable inventory of your fleet as a basis for further analysis.

Step 3

Condition assessment

After visual inspection and photo documentation, a standardised assessment of the condition of each piece of lifting equipment is carried out. All results are classified into condition categories – from ‘ready for use’ to ‘immediate action required’. Any abnormalities are marked and serve as a basis for investment decisions, so that it is clear at an early stage which equipment has priority.

Step 4

Results report & final discussion

All data and assessments are compiled in a clear results report with clear recommendations for service, modernisation or replacement. In the subsequent final meeting, the results are discussed together, priorities are set and the next steps are defined – for targeted and efficient implementation.

Step 5

Supported implementation

Based on the fleet analysis, we support you in implementing all recommended measures – from new purchases to targeted service calls and the provision of JDN original spare parts to individual training for your staff. This ensures that every decision is implemented smoothly and that your JDN fleet is quickly back in optimal working order.

Together, we plan your fleet analysis – individually, efficiently and globally implementable.
