Installation
Your JDN hoists can be installed either by our own service technicians or by trained partners – professionally, safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, whether offshore or in your factory.


Step 1
Define requirements and objectives
Together with you, we record all requirements, the operating environment and the standards applicable in the target country – precisely and completely. This ensures that every detail is taken into account right from the start. JDN project managers, engineers and service technicians are at your side from the outset and at all times with their expertise.

Step 2
Individual planning
We work with you to develop a customised installation plan that takes into account your processes, country-specific standards and technical requirements. JDN project managers, engineers and service technicians are involved at an early stage to resolve any challenges in advance and ensure a smooth, timely process – whether in the production hall, onshore or offshore.

Step 3
Production & Preparation
The required lifting equipment is manufactured in our factories in accordance with the highest JDN standards, fully tested and prepared for use. At the same time, we coordinate the provision of all original parts, tools and accessory components as well as on-time transport – whether to your production hall or to a demanding offshore location. We seamlessly integrate customer acceptance tests or third-party inspections into your project plan.

Step 4
Installation & commissioning
Installation is carried out by JDN service technicians or trained partners in accordance with manufacturer specifications and all relevant standards. Our technicians have the necessary certificates to carry out the work on site properly. After assembly and successful testing, the hoist is immediately ready for use – with a brief briefing for your staff on request to ensure a safe and efficient start.

Step 5
Documentation & handover
Once installation and commissioning are complete, you will receive comprehensive project documentation, including test reports, certificates and all relevant documents. This documentation not only proves that all work has been carried out in accordance with standards, but also serves as proof of compliance with internal quality and safety requirements. The handover takes place in person, with a final review of the device’s functions upon request. In addition, JDN is available at any time for future service work, modernisations, recurring inspections and all other maintenance measures – worldwide and reliably.
