Recurring inspections with complete documentation

Each recurring inspection is planned together with you, taking into account country-specific standards and regulations, operating conditions and your operational processes. Our own service technicians or trained partners carry out the inspections professionally – either at your premises or at one of our plants. You will then receive complete, comprehensive documentation with all test reports and certificates so that you can access the results at any time in a legally compliant and transparent manner.

Do you have any questions about the periodic inspections?

How often must recurring tests be performed?

The inspection cycle is based on the legal requirements of the country of use, the recommendations in our operating instructions and the conditions of use. In many cases, an annual inspection is mandatory.

Can tests also be carried out offshore or in difficult operating environments?

Yes. Our service technicians bring all the necessary certificates and equipment with them to carry out inspections worldwide – even in safety-critical or difficult-to-access areas.

What happens if my hoist fails the test?

In this case, we will immediately prepare a suitable quote for repair, modernisation or replacement so that regular operations can be resumed as quickly as possible.

Do I get a documentation of the inspection?

Yes. After each inspection, we provide you with complete documentation including inspection reports, certificates and an inspection sticker on the device.

Can inspections be combined with other services?

Yes. On request, we combine recurring inspections with repairs, modernisation or preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
