Is service support offered worldwide?

Yes. Operations can be coordinated and carried out internationally via the global service network based at our JDN locations.

Can spare parts be delivered directly in an emergency?

Yes. If available, JDN original spare parts in OEM quality are shipped immediately or brought along by service technicians. Only JDN original spare parts are used by JDN and its service partners.

Are Global Service Partners certified?

Yes. All service partners undergo standardised service training and each service technician receives a personal certificate. This enables us to guarantee a globally uniform standard.
