Why did you choose JDN to work for?
During the interview process, I realised the opportunity to join a family business that is now over 280 years old. Being part of such a long-established company is truly special and this recognition excited me.
What do you like about working at JDN?
In the past, I have realised that creativity is suppressed in survival mode. Many organisations operate in survival mode, but at JDN there is room for creativity. The environment here emphasises personal responsibility and trust rather than control, which is a refreshing change. I also really enjoyed visiting our headquarters here in Germany.

What was your JDN highlight in the last few years?
Achieving the goal of becoming the primary player in the automotive market. We have secured contracts with Ford, GM, Stellantis, and more. We become the hoist of choice in Detroit.
