How long have you been at JDN and what is your current position?

I have been part of the JDN team since 2022 and work as a Junior Marketing Manager with a focus on project management. From the very beginning, I have been able to take on exciting projects and actively contribute to further developing JDN as a brand, both nationally and internationally.

What are your responsibilities at JDN and what do you particularly enjoy about them?

My day-to-day work is very varied. I support and continuously develop our website, improve our digital visibility, and work with the team to shape our social media activities. What I particularly enjoy is being able to actively develop our digital presence and contribute my own ideas. In addition, I work on marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales materials for our international sales teams and partners. Planning and organizing trade fairs is also part of my area of responsibility.

I especially enjoy the combination of strategic concept work and hands-on implementation. This allows me to accompany projects from the initial idea through to the final result, and this variety is exactly what makes my work at JDN so exciting.

What makes my work in marketing particularly varied is that I support projects from digital communication to trade fairs, allowing me to make JDN tangible across different channels.”

What do you value about working at JDN?

Above all, I value the teamwork and the open exchange with my colleagues. Everyone can contribute their ideas, and together we work to find the best solutions. At the same time, I am given a great deal of trust and the opportunity to take responsibility. That motivates me to keep developing myself and take on new challenges.

Why did you choose JDN as your employer?

What particularly convinced me about JDN was the combination of tradition and innovation. The company’s long history shows how much experience there is within JDN, while at the same time new ideas and developments are continuously being invested in. This combination was exactly what convinced me and one of the reasons why I chose JDN.

The regional connection was also an important factor for me. I think it is something special to work for an internationally successful company that is at the same time firmly rooted in the region. The fact that our products are developed and manufactured at the headquarters in Witten, where my team also works, creates a special closeness to our products for me. You experience directly how they are created and identify even more strongly with the company and its solutions.

I can also turn this into a polished web version with slightly more marketing-friendly phrasing while keeping the meaning unchanged.
